The John 14:6 Church cultivates faith from the cradle to adolescence. We are committed to fostering spiritual, social, and emotional development from infancy through adolescence. The program guides children toward a deeply rooted faith.

Through age-specific lessons, engaging activities, and dedicated leadership, the Ministry empowers young hearts and minds to flourish in God’s love.

01. Children and Preteens

Justification

“Let the little children come to me.” Matthew 19:14. These are the words of Jesus expressing his desire for children to be part of his kingdom and to be called to enjoy eternal life. As a Church, it is our responsibility to carry out what is in Jesus’ heart for children; this is why we need a Children’s and Junior Youth Section. And we need it to work.

General Objectives

  1. To develop children’s character and thinking through activities and teachings based on the Word of God.
  2. To teach them to know God as their Father and Jesus Christ as their Lord, Healer, Savior, Provider, and greatest friend in a personal and practical way.
  3. To support parents in raising their children.

Purpose

  1. To share what the Holy Spirit can and wants to do in children’s lives—their thoughts, emotions, habits, attitudes, values, and service to God’s work.
  2. To help them grow, develop, and mature socially and emotionally, based on Scripture, and to make this a lifestyle.
  3. To minister to children’s lives according to Scripture.

02. Organization

God is a God of order (1 Cor. 14:40), and as such, He asks us to work in an orderly and systematic manner. The Pre-Youth Children’s section is organized as follows.

Director of the Section

Delegated authority, its responsibility is to coordinate, plan, evaluate, supervise and advise the personnel working in said section and everything related to it.

Coordinators

Their responsibility is to coordinate classes and supervise the various activities. They oversee the smooth running of each class and motivate students to achieve their goals. Areas requiring coordination: Infants and Toddlers.

The staff of teachers

People who feel called by God to minister to children. (They can be young people or adults, men or women.) They must also meet the church’s established entry requirements for the section.
