With the goal of further enhancing female participation in the church, the Women’s Society aims to nurture and integrate women into its endeavors. Recognizing the valuable contributions women have historically made, this document outlines the society’s purpose, objectives, and integration plan.

It emphasizes spiritual development, talent discovery, and active participation in church activities, with the goal of reaching more women for Christ and cultivating a supportive community within the church.

01. Statement of Purpose

Justification

  1. We recognize that women have held high places in the ministry of the church; they have been vessels that God has used in some way for the spread of the Gospel.
  2. We can see them in the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ as faithful collaborators. The Apostle Paul also mentions their faithfulness in the work of the Lord, and we cannot deny that women have played a true role in the development of the work in the 20th century.
  3. Aware of this reality and seeing in them the love for God and His work, we call for the integration of the Women’s Society.
  4. We believe, without a doubt, that this Society will not operate independently of the plans of the church; therefore, it remains under its authority, and based on that authority, it will work for the glory of God.

General Objectives

  1. Ensure the women’s community takes an active role in developing the Plan and achieving the established goals.
  2. Involve each of the women in the church’s various activities.

Purpose

  1. Provide care, development, and holistic attention in every sphere of the life of each lady in the church and ensure their active participation in developing the church’s overall plan.
  2. Minister to specific areas of their lives.
  3. Discover and develop gifts, talents, and abilities among the ladies, ensuring that emotionalism does not take over their lives.

Goals

  1. A means to achieve the goals of the overall plan.
  2. 75% are involved in developing the plan.
  3. Develop women for female leadership.
  4. Reach more women for Christ.
