The Lord’s church cannot be a disorderly army, where each one inclines to where he thinks best.
Therefore, as the church of Christ, we need an appropriate organization or reorganization that fits the specific needs of our congregation.
The purpose of this work plan is as follows:
To do important things well, and not even overlook them.
To serve as a tool in the ministerial work of our church.
To enable leadership to understand the working dynamics of our ministry.
To place men and women within a structure for service to God.
To facilitate the task of administration, supervision, and direction for the congregation.
This is not intended to be exhaustive or theoretical, but rather practical with objectives and goals.
Therefore, no one should consider themselves to have nothing to give, as no one should think. who can do everything.
But if we all must renounce living outside of what happens in the church, we are not called to be spectators, but protagonists in the kingdom of God.
Let us work united and together and magnify the work of God.
